Returns and Refund
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot do returns on custom orders, engraved items, on sale items or gift vouchers.
Delivery charges of the original purchase will not be refunded.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@silverleafza.co.za. Please note that for the return, the cost of the courier will be for your account.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds but will offer a credit towards your next purchase or an exchange of the item, if the return is acceptable.
Silver Leaf reserves the right to refuse items that are returned without clear communication of reasons for the return, without prior notice or in a condition that is deemed as unacceptable.
